How the limits work
- A conversation is one visitor chat session.
- Caps are hard. At the cap the chat page tells visitors the assistant is unavailable until the next month. There is no overage billing.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
Prices exclude VAT. Billing runs through Stripe.
